The grand ceremony for the Academy Award of Advertising Festival of Chinese College Students (2023 Spring Season) was held in Beijing on July 19th. Department of Cultural Industry got the best-ever results----the only two grand prizes in the event, four gold awards, 3 silver awards and 12 bronze awards ---- thanks to the joint efforts of the students and their supervisors.

Xu Yixin, a student of Grade 2020 majoring in Fine Arts won the Grand Prix for her work You Help Me Open ---- an advertisement for automatic door locks. The other grand prize went to a joint team of students: Zhang Xuan, Zhang Ying, Yang Yuhan and Yan Zhiping, students of Fine Arts, DCI, CUC, Grade 2020 and Ding Qiongwen from Xiamen Huaxia University. Their work A Does To Get Free From Suffering (for a traditional-Chinese-medicine product) was recognized as the best design for marketing.
